Pantry scans, AI insights, the food browse + USDA lookups, the inbox, and rewards all work in the free version. Care bundles, registered-dietitian visits, and outcome programs are available via optional in-app purchases — there is no required subscription to use the app.
How does the pantry scan work?▾
Snap a photo of your pantry, fridge, or grocery haul. The scan pipeline identifies items, queues the results, and adds them to your pantry once processed. You can retry a scan, delete it, or re-run management actions from your scan history.
Is PantryRx a medical device?▾
No. PantryRx is a nutrition coaching and care-coordination tool — it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Registered-dietitian visits inside the app are with licensed providers, but the app itself doesn't replace medical advice from your clinician.
