What Auralog does

Auralog is the private, ad-free migraine diary for the 39 million Americans who live with migraine. It does one thing the category leader no longer can: keep your attack data on your phone, sold to no one.

Migraine Buddy was acquired in 2024 by a digital-health company whose business is selling real-world patient data to pharma. Users complain about ads they can't disable, invasive location-permission prompts, and data hoarding. Auralog is the clean break.

What Auralog does:

— One-tap attack logging. Start an attack, log intensity (1-10), aura, location of pain, triggers (skipped meal, poor sleep, stress, weather, screen time, specific foods), medication taken and whether it worked, and duration. Two taps when the pain makes more impossible. — Trigger correlation. Auralog runs an on-device correlation across your logged attacks and surfaces your most likely personal triggers. No cloud, no AI service. — Neurologist PDF. One tap exports a clinician-grade report — attack frequency, average intensity, medication response, MIDAS-style summary — the document your neurologist actually wants at the appointment. — Charts. Frequency by month, intensity trend, attacks-per-trigger. Swift Charts, on-device. — Medication log. What you took, when, and whether it aborted the attack — so you and your doctor can see what's working. — No account, no ads, no data sold to pharma, no tracking. Everything stays on this phone.

For the 39M US migraine sufferers — 80% of them women — who want the tracking without becoming a data product.

Why we built it

Migraine sufferers need to track attacks + triggers and bring a report to their neurologist, but the category leader Migraine Buddy is now pharma-owned, ad-laden, requests invasive location permission, and discloses de-identified data to third parties.

What makes it different

Auralog is the only migraine diary that keeps all attack data 100% on-device (no account, no ads, no data sold to pharma), runs trigger correlation locally, and exports a neurologist-grade PDF for free — Migraine Buddy is pharma-owned and ad-laden with un-disableable ads, Bearable locks correlation charts behind subsc…
