A daily longevity protocol you'd actually keep.

Every feature, from the first launch.

No account, no login, no cloud. Everything runs on your device and works fully offline — nothing in this post is hidden behind a wall.

What Longlife does

Longlife is a calm, daily longevity protocol distilled from the public work of Peter Attia, David Sinclair, Bryan Johnson, and Andrew Huberman — bundled in the app, scored against your HealthKit + sleep + activity numbers, and surfaced as one short page each morning.

What's in v1:

— Today: today's score (0–100) based on yesterday's sleep, HRV (if you allow HealthKit), steps, zone-2 minutes, sun exposure log, and supplement check-ins. One short paragraph explains what nudged the score, in plain English. — Protocol library: the four founders' published rules, sortable into Yes / Maybe / Skip per your preferences. Each rule shows source, the strength of evidence, and where the founders disagree. — Daily check-in: 5 questions (90 seconds): sleep last night, zone-2 today, sunlight, fasted, supplements? Saved on device. — Trends: 30/90/180-day arcs of your numbers + your protocol adherence — no fitness-tracker overload, just the four lines that matter. — No supplement sales. No affiliate links. The app names the supplements; you buy them anywhere.

Free to download. Longlife Pro ($14.99/yr) unlocks the four-founder comparison view, custom protocols, and a print-out weekly summary.

Why we built it

$8–12B US longevity premium market growing 30% YoY (Global Wellness Institute). Function Health, Bryan Johnson's Blueprint, Don't Die have proven $200–500/mo willingness-to-pay. The personalized longevity coach at $30–50/mo doesn't yet exist at scale. iOS is the missing layer; HealthKit makes biomarker ingestion nativ…

What makes it different

Longlife is the only iOS app whose entire content is the published rules of the four most-cited public longevity figures, distilled, scored, and made daily. Not a wearable (Whoop, Oura own that). Not a supplement brand (AG1, Blueprint sell their own line). Not Function Health (they sell their own labs). Longlife is th…
