What Tableside does
Tableside is the running tab for the games you already play with your friends. Card night, board-game night, the Yahtzee tournament at the cabin — pick a game, pull the players from your contacts, and start. Tableside takes it from there.
What ships in v1:
— Pick a game. Cards, Spades, Hearts, Gin Rummy, Bridge, Dominoes, Mahjong, Yahtzee, Scrabble, Bocce, Darts, or roll your own. — Pick players the way you'd actually do it at the table — tap a few faces from Apple's contact picker (Tableside never reads your address book), pick from a saved friend group, or just type names. — STACK mode. Each player has a running points stack. Tap +Add to top them up. At the end, enter their end count and Tableside computes who's up, who's down, and the fewest possible transfers to even everyone out. — SCORE mode. A clean round-by-round scoreboard with running totals. Add +1, +5, +10, or any number per round. Choose high score wins or low score wins. — Tableside is unit-less by design. Every value is just 'points' — what those points mean is up to you. Beads, chips, leaves from your backyard. We don't track money and we don't show currency. — Add late players, edit any entry by tapping a player's row, swipe to delete a wrong number. Whole numbers or decimals. — Disappearing games. Toggle on for a game you don't want saved — it auto-deletes when you save and finish. — Friend groups. Save your regular crew once, pull them in with checkboxes the next time. — Settle-up summary. Tap share at the end → a clean image card or plain text you can send to the group chat with one tap. — Stats tab. See per-player leaderboards, biggest single-game performance, win rate, games played by type — all from your finished sessions. — On-device, no account, no analytics. The contacts picker hands us only the names you tap; Tableside never asks for full contacts permission unless you tap Search, and even then your address book never leaves your phone. No sign-in, no sync, no third-party SDKs. — Free. No ads, no subscription, no IAP gates. Tableside Pro is a one-tap unlock — also free — for unlimited history beyond the most recent five games, share-summary export, and custom game templates.
Tableside is a scoreboard for in-person games. Use it for whatever counter you want — points, chips, cookies, beads.

Why we built it
When friends play games in person, somebody has to be the scorekeeper. For round-by-round card games and board games, that means keeping the score on paper, in Notes, or on a whiteboard that gets erased by accident. For games where every player has a running points stack, the scorekeeper also has to do the end-of-nigh…
What makes it different
Tableside is the only iOS scorekeeper that combines a running-stack mode AND a round-by-round score mode in one app, with a Contacts-picker player roster as the first action, for free, with no ads, no subscription, no IAP gates. The three large scorekeepers in the App Store have only round-by-round mode and none of th…
